Double M’s Auto Detailing LLC Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Double M’s Auto Detailing LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) for the provision of auto detailing services.
1. Services
The Company agrees to provide auto detailing services as outlined in the agreed-upon estimate or invoice. The specific services to be rendered will be determined based on the Client’s vehicle needs and preferences, and all services will be performed to the best of the Company’s ability and in a professional manner.
2. Payment Terms
• Payment is due upon completion of services and after Client’s satisfaction with the work. The Company will not request or accept any payment until the job is finished to the Client’s approval.
• The Client agrees to inspect the work upon completion and must notify the Company immediately if there are any concerns. Once the Client accepts the completed work, payment must be made in full via the payment method agreed upon between the Company and the Client.
3. No Refunds Policy
The Company maintains a no refunds policy. Once the services have been completed and accepted by the Client, no refunds will be issued. The Client acknowledges that they have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and approve the work before making payment.
4. Client Satisfaction Guarantee
The Company is committed to delivering high-quality detailing services. The Client agrees to communicate any dissatisfaction prior to final approval and payment. The Company will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve any concerns raised at the time of service. Once the Client has approved the work and made payment, the job is considered complete, and no further changes or refunds will be provided.
5. Liability
The Company will take every precaution to ensure the safety and care of the Client’s vehicle. However, the Company is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues outside of the Company’s control.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania/New Jersey (choose the relevant state), and any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the applicable state courts.
7. Acceptance
By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above, including the no refund policy and the payment upon completion and satisfaction.
